Damaged/Incorrect Products: If customers receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange, while the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Change of Mind: If customers decide to return your purchase within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order will be processed by our manufacturer, therefore a 50% charge of the order amount will apply for the refund.
